TOP FINANCE TIPS TO STAY ON TRACK FOR APPROVAL
Don't take on any extra debt
It’s important that you keep your debts in order throughout your finance application process. Don’t take on any new car finance or credit card debts that might compromise your finance eligibility.
Don't touch your deposit
You’ve worked hard for it, resist the temptation to eat in to your savings and dwindle your deposit. Keep reminding yourself of how great you’ll feel when you get the keys to your new home and saving will all pay off!
Don't change jobs
Changing jobs and re-entering a probationary period can compromise your eligibility to apply for a home loan. It’s best to stay in the job you’re in if possible and keep your job record in line with your pre-approval.
