- $5,000 to be redeemed on a choice of upgrades from Home Collective selections to the retail value of $5,000.
- $5000 Home Collective voucher refers to a credit in Preliminary Works Contract to be redeemed at time of Selections Consult in Home Collective.
- There may be include additional costs to the client to amend home designs to suit the selections made, these will be at the expense of the client and not covered by Celebration Homes
- The $5,000 cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a discount towards the base price of a home or other contract item.
- The client must choose and finalise upgrade items they wish to redeem at the Selections Consult in Home Collective during pre-construction.
- Chosen selections must be made from standard Celebration Homes options, any selections requiring structural changes will not be permitted as per the building contract.
